All orders are processed on business days, upon order confirmation.

Orders placed during weekends, holidays, or outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.

If an unexpected delay occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible.

3. Delivery Time

The usual delivery time is:

1–3 business days for deliveries within the territory of the Republic of North Macedonia.

In exceptional cases, delivery may take longer due to weather conditions, holidays, increased order volume, or other circumstances beyond the control of HAMACHI DOOEL or the courier service.

4. Delivery Cost

The delivery cost is calculated during checkout and is clearly displayed before payment.

If a free delivery promotion is active, the terms will be specified on the website.

5. Delivery Address

The buyer is obliged to provide accurate and complete delivery information.

HAMACHI DOOEL is not responsible for delays or unsuccessful deliveries if the address or contact details are incorrect or incomplete.

6. Receipt of Shipment

Upon receipt of the shipment, please check if the packaging is visibly damaged.

If you notice damage or inadequacy, please notify the courier service and contact us as soon as possible via the information available on our Contact page.

7. Unsuccessful Delivery

If delivery cannot be realized due to incorrect data, absence of the recipient, or other reasons beyond the control of HAMACHI DOOEL, additional costs for redelivery may be charged.
