Right of Withdrawal

The buyer has the right to return the product within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Return Conditions

• In original condition
• In original packaging
• With proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Products

We do not accept returns for:

• Products damaged due to improper use
• Custom-ordered products
• Products with compromised original packaging (where applicable)
• Consumable parts, except for factory defects

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the product, a refund will be issued within 7–14 business days, using the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

Return shipping costs may be borne by the buyer, except in cases of incorrect or damaged delivery.
